Smoked Duck Korean Barbecue Pizza
- 1 Premade flatbread crust
- 2 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
- 1 cup Mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1/4 cup Red pepper
- 4 oz Duck breast, smoked, sliced
- 1 tbsp Scallion, bias cut
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Brush crust with Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA).
- Top with mozzarella, baby spinach, red pepper and smoked duck.
- Cook and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
