Spicy Garlic Wings
- 3 Chicken wing flats
- 3 Chicken wing drums
- 1 tsp Italian parsley, julienne
- 2 fl oz
- Fry chicken wings to 165°F internal temperature for 15 seconds. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.
- Toss with until all wings are coated.
- Place on a decorative plate or bowl and garnish with parsley.
