Spicy Teriyaki Shrimp K-Bob

Grilled skewered jumbo shrimp, baby red potatoes, white and green onions, red bell peppers, and baby portabella mushrooms brushed with a spicy teriyaki sauce (a combo of Sweet Red Chili and Teriyaki Wing sauces).


2Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Glaze

2Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Teriyaki Wing Sauce

4ea Jumbo Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined

4ea Baby Red Potatoes, Par Cooked

2ea White Onion, Quarters

2ea Red Bell Peppers, Large Dice

2ea Baby Portabella Mushrooms

2ea Green Onions

2Tbsp Olive Oil

dsh Kosher Salt

dsh Black Pepper, Ground

2ea 8 Inch Skewers, Soaked In Water


1. Mix the two sauces and reserve.

2. Skewer the ingredients keeping equal portions on each skewer.

3. Brush each skewer with 1Tbsp of olive oil and season each with salt and black pepper.

4. Char grill until the shrimp are cooked.

5. Brush with the spicy teriyaki sauce just prior to being fully cooked and again once served.

6. Serve immediately with the remaining sauce on the side.
