Sriracha Lime Glazed Salmon

Sriracha lime glazed salmon cooked the way you like with stir-fried snow peas, broccoli, onion, pepper, and garlic over Thai Fried Brown Rice.


3Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Sriracha Wing Sauce

1Tbsp Lime Juice, Fresh Squeezed

8oz Salmon Filet

¼ c Snow Peas, Cleaned

¼ c Broccoli Florets, Small

¼ c White Onion Large Dice

¼ c Red and Green Bell Pepper, Large Dice

½Tbsp Garlic Chopped

2Tbsp Canola Oil

Dsh Kosher Salt

Dsh Black Pepper, Ground

1c Thai Fried Brown Rice


1. Mix the Sweet Baby Ray's Sriracha Sauce and lime juice and reserve.

2. You may either broil, roast or grill the salmon filet.

3. During the cooking process, glaze the salmon with half of the sauce and again once the salmon is fully cooked.

4. While the salmon is cooking, heat a wok over high heat.

5. Add the oil and vegetables and cook for 1-2 minutes.

6. Add the garlic at the end and quickly mix in.

7. Once the salmon is cooked serve immediately with stir-fry vegetables and Thai fried rice.
