Sweet 'n Spicy Short Ribs
- Place braised short ribs on hot chargrill and brush with Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce (SJ0441HF). Continue turning ribs and basting with sauce making sure not to burn ribs.
- When the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 165°F, brush with any remaining Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce (SJ0441HF) and remove from grill.
- Place on serving plate with Magic Coleslaw and fried onion rings.
- 1 fl oz Magic Blend Cole Slaw Dressing (KE0870)
- 14 fl oz Tri color deli coleslaw, or one bag
- 1 tsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend well.
- Label, date, and refrigerate.
