Sweet Red Chili King Crab Legs

Stir-fried crab legs tossed with cilantro and sliced Fresno peppers, then coated in Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce to turn the heat up even higher.


1 lb split king crab legs

2 tbsp butter, salted

1 tbsp chopped garlic

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

2 tbsp sliced Fresno peppers

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp vegetable oil


1. Split king crab legs lengthwise.

2. Heat oil on large sauté pan or wok.

3. Add garlic and stir-fry crab.

4. Add butter to melt and form a sauce.

5. Add half of the cilantro.

6. Plate crab and garnish with cilantro and sliced Fresno peppers.
