Sweet Red Chili King Crab Legs



  1. Split king crab legs lengthwise.
  2. Heat oil on large sauté pan or wok.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry the crab.
  4. Add butter to melt and form a sauce with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF).
  5. Add half of the cilantro.
  6. Plate crab and garnish with remaining cilantro and sliced Fresno peppers.
