Sweet Red Chili Mussels

PEI mussels with a sweet red chili glaze.


1 lb Cleaned PEI mussels

3 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Glaze

1 oz Olive oil

1 tbsp Chopped garlic


1. In a large sauté pan heat oil and add garlic.

2. After garlic is cooked add mussels.

3. Cook until mussels are open.

4. Add Sweet Baby Ray's Red Chili Wing Sauce and Glaze.

5. Serve in a bowl with all the sauce and juice from the pan.
