Sweet Red Chili Ramen Bowl

This hearty ramen bowl combines sausage, bacon, and chicken thighs with sautéed garlic, onion, and ginger. Simmered with Sweet Red Chili Glaze, this dish provides a delicious blend of flavor.


12 fl-oz Strong Fortified Chicken Broth

3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

8 cloves Garlic, smashed

1 each medium Onion, diced

8 slices Ginger, thinly sliced

8 each 1/4-inch Slices Chinese or Andouille Sausage

4 oz Sliced Bacon

4 oz Chicken Thigh Meat, Boneless & Cooked

3 oz Shiitake Mushrooms, Rinsed & Sliced

10 each Cilantro Sprigs

1/4 c Sake

1/4 c Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Glaze

To taste Salt & Pepper


1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, bacon, chicken & sausage.

2. Deglaze with sake. Add hot chicken broth to pot.

3. Simmer 5 minutes and add Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce.

4. Add noodles.

5. Divide the ingredients equally between two bowls.

6. Garnish with cilantro sprigs & pickled onions.

7. Serve immediately.
