Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Wings & Dippers
- 6 Chicken wings
- 2 fl oz Sweet Teriyaki Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2349HA)
- 1 oz Wasabi peas, crushed
- 1 oz Sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 oz Roasted peanuts, crushed
- Fry chicken wings to 165°F internal temperature for 15 seconds, drain and place in mixing bowl.
- Toss with Sweet Teriyaki Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2349HA).
- Remove to serving plate and serve with toasted sesame seeds, crushed peanuts and crushed wasabi peas.
