Tempura East Coast Oysters

These succulent fried oysters get the perfect balance of sweet and spicy when drizzled with a mixture of Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce and Original BBQ Sauce.


4 East Coast oysters

2 Oz. Tempura batter

4 Sheets Nori paper

1 Cup Sushi rice

2 Oz. Sweet red chili BBQ sauce (see recipe)

2 Oz. Cucumber Wasabi Dressing

1 Tbsp. scallions, sliced


1.  Heat oil in fryer to 350°F. Dip oysters in batter and fry until golden.

2.  Place rice in nori wrap. Top with oyster.

3.  Drizzle with sweet red chili BBQ sauce and Cucumber Wasabi dressing. Garnish with scallions.

4. Sweet red chili BBQ sauce: In a bowl combine 1 part Sweet Red Chili Wing Glaze + 1 part Original Award Winning Barbecue Sauce and mix well.
