Thai Fried Brown Rice

Brown rice with snow peas, green and red bell peppers, white onion, scallion, scrambled egg and Sweet Red Chili Sauce.


3ea Garlic Cloves, Minced

2Tbsp Soy

3Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Glaze

2c Brown Rice, Cooked

½ c Snow Peas, Julienne

½ c Green and Red Bell Peppers, Julienne

½ c White Onion, Julienne

½ c Scallion, Chopped

1c Egg Scrambled

2Tbsp Canola Oil

dsh Kosher Salt

dsh Black Pepper, Ground


1. Mix the Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce, soy and minced garlic and reserve.

2. Using a medium/large wok, heat over high heat.

3. Once heated add the oil and vegetables. Mix well and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add the sauce mixture and quickly mix well.

5. Quickly add the egg and rice and cook though reheating the rice to 165 degrees. Serve immediately.
