The Boss BBQ Jumbo Shrimp

Seasoned grilled jumbo shrimp basted with Pit Boss Barbecue Sauce, served with grilled red onions, red pepper, and zucchini squash. Served with fresh limes and cilantro lime rice.


12 Jumbo shrimp, Seasoned

2 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray's Pitt Boss Barbecue Sauce

2 Grilled veggie k-bobs, *see recipe

2 servings Cilantro lime rice, *see recipe


1. Preheat grill to 500°F.

2. Place shrimp and Veggie k-bobs on grill, season with salt and pepper.

3. Baste shrimp with Pit Boss Sauce turning frequently to avoid burning.

4. Place rice in center of plate and top with grilled vegetables and shrimp.

5. Yield: 2 serving
