Yucatan Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 Blue corn tortilla, toasted
  • 6 oz Yucatan style pork, achiote sour orange marinated, roasted
  • 3 Pineapple, rings, grilled
  • 3 oz Red onion, pickled
  • 1 1/2 tsp Queso fresco, shredded
  • 3/4 tsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Jalapeño Ranch Crema, drizzled
  • 3 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)

Directions

  1. Grill tortillas.
  2. Fill with roasted pork toss with Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA), pineapple, pickled onions, queso fresco, cilantro.
  3. Drizzle with Jalapeño Ranch Crema and serve.
