Lemon Pepper Mahi

Ingredients

  • 2 each mahi-mahi filets, approx. 6-8 oz
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce (SJ5042HA)
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 2 cups brown basmati rice
  • 12 each asparagus spears, grilled

Directions

  1. Season mahi-mahi with salt and pepper and grill over high heat until fish flakes with fork.
  2. Brush with lemon pepper sauce and remove from grill.
  3. Serve with brown basmati rice and grilled asparagus.
  4. Top with additional Lemon pepper sauce.
