Lemon Pepper Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 24 large large shrimp 16/20, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp chopped basil
  • 16 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce (SJ5042HA)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. Do not brown.
  3. Add shrimp and cook on both sides until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Add in SBR lemon pepper sauce and heat through.
  5. Serve over cooked pasta.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, basil, and grated parmesan cheese.
